The brief

Give people a clear place to put tasks, thoughts and priorities that would otherwise stay in their head. Different parts of life need their own space, and changing what matters most should feel as simple as moving something to the front of a shelf.

02 / The response

How I met the brief

I used a bookcase and cabinet structure to separate areas such as work, personal projects and everyday responsibilities. Each priority has a place, making the collection easier to scan and return to.

Drag-and-drop ordering lets people rearrange priorities directly. The interface keeps that organising task central, so the first useful step is getting a thought out of your head and into a position you can act on.

Cognitidy is a calm, structured home for everything on your mind. Instead of juggling tasks, worries and ideas in your head, you drop them into clear “cabinets” where they’re easy to see, sort and act on. Drag and drop to reorder your priorities so what truly matters naturally rises to the top.

Designed to feel more like tidy shelves than a busy to‑do list, Cognitidy helps you reduce mental clutter without overcomplicating things. Work, personal life, health and side projects each get their own space, so nothing is lost and nothing has to be constantly remembered. Your brain stops acting as storage and starts working as it should – for thinking.

Fast, responsive and secure, Cognitidy works beautifully on any device and keeps your data encrypted and private. Start free, capture every loose thought, and turn fog into a clear, ordered set of priorities you can actually move forward on – one calm, focused day at a time.
